Fred Thomas 
Custodian

Fred was born in Pittsburgh, PA, but moved to Philadelphia at the start of his high school freshman year. He came to California in 1960 thanks to the U.S. Air Force. He married Marilyn in 1968 and is now a father of two children, Suzanne and Scott and a grandfather of one, Bethany. He loves to fly airplanes and his hobby is taking pictures in the air as well as on the ground.

When Fred is home he enjoys the company of his two dachshunds “Bear” and “Sheba” He has been the custodian at First Presbyterian Church of Newark since September 2004.
